MY EXPERIENCES WITH GENERAL CELLULAR AND NEURAL CELLULAR PATHOLOGY IN A CASE BASED BLENDED LEARNING ECOSYSTEM'S CBBLE "

 Welcome.

My name is Aishwarya Muttamsetty, a final year medical student currently studying in the state of Telangana from India.

Through this blog, I would like to express my views on my experience with some of the cases I have taken. I have been truly fortunate enough to receive the help of my esteemed seniors under the guidance of Dr. Rakesh Biswas sir.

I have humbly tried to excavate as much information as I could from these cases. I will also have posted the link of the case and any relevant discussions for further understanding.

NOTE: THIS IS AN ONLINE E LOGBOOK TO DISCUSS OUR PATIENT'S DE-IDENTIFIED HEALTH DATA SHARED AFTER TAKING HIS/HER GUARDIAN'S SIGNED INFORMED CONSENT. HERE WE DISCUSS OUR INDIVIDUAL PATIENT'S PROBLEMS THROUGH A SERIES OF INPUTS FROM THE AVAILABLE GLOBAL ONLINE COMMUNITY OF EXPERTS INTENDING TO SOLVE THOSE CLINICAL PROBLEMS WITH COLLECTIVE CURRENT BEST EVIDENCE-BASED INPUT.

One of the patients I've had the opportunity to examine was one diagnosed with Diabetic ketoacidosis. The patient presented to the OPD with chief complaints of vomiting and pain abdomen and shortness of breath for a day before reaching our hospital. Patient was freely communicating with the doctors and the staff.

The doctors provided the patient and their attenders proper timely treatment and care, giving reassurance.

For further details, refer to the case link.
